Terms of payment

In our online boutique we offer simple and secure payments to make shopping experience easier and more enjoyable:

Credit card 

All transactions are processed via a secure server, guaranteeing customers maximum data protection. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro cards.

Payment: Paypal

Payment will be made by debiting the purchase amount directly from the credit card or by withdrawing from the customer's PayPal balance. By clicking on the payment button via PayPal the customer will fill out a special form created by PayPal for the purchase in which to enter the access data for their PayPal account or the card number and shipping data. The payment system by credit or prepaid card is guaranteed by the secure PayPal server.

Bank transfer

After selecting this payment method, you will be sent an email with your bank details. The reference order number must be indicated as reason. We will proceed with the shipment only when the amount indicated in the reference order is received. Please note that the shipment will only depart after receipt. The bank transfer must be made to:

Cash on delivery

This method consists of paying the total amount of the order directly to the courier upon delivery. You can choose this payment method only for orders with shipping to Italy. Payment can only be made in cash. We recommend preparing the precise amount as the courier may not have the rest of the amount due. The management of this type of payment involves a surcharge of €3.00 indicated in the shopping cart purchase process.

Scalapay

Payment by installments - 3 interest-free installments. By choosing this payment method you will be redirected to Scalapay website/app to access your account or create a new one. Once the order has been confirmed, the first installment will be charged at the time of shipment, the other two respectively 30 and 60 days after purchase. Please check if your country is covered by this service.
