All orders are sent with tracked shipping to guarantee maximum speed and safety in the delivery of your products directly to your home.
Shipping costs are determined based on the value of your order and the country of destination:
Italy
- If the order is over €99 , shipping is free .
- For smaller orders, the shipping cost is € 9.99 .
European Union

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
All Inamorada, Amandamore and Bellissima brand products are made to order, hand sewn and carefully packaged. This approach allows us to deliver to the customer an exclusive item made with love for their puppy but requires more time to prepare your order.
The ordered items are made within a period of up to 10 working days from receipt of your order. Once your order has been shipped, it will take 1-2 working days to reach the recipient, excluding islands, for National shipments; 4-6 working days for international shipments.
We are committed to keeping shipping times as short as possible and ensuring that your products reach your four-legged friend in perfect condition and in the shortest time possible.
My Pet Luxury Boutique will deliver the ordered products to the customer's home, or to another predetermined location, by courier . The goods travel at the risk of the buyer, who has the obligation to verify the integrity of the packaging and to immediately report any tampering or damage to the carrier with appropriate notation on the carrier's transport document and to follow up with registered letter AR to the carrier within the following 48 hours.
Without prejudice to the actions to be taken against the carrier, any disputes regarding the discrepancies of what was physically delivered compared to what was ordered or noted on the delivery document must be reported to My Pet Luxury Boutique within 48 hours following delivery, by calling 345 - 7730706 or by sending an email to customer service atinfo@mypetluxuryboutique.com
The total shipping cost is clearly indicated when composing the cart.
RETURNS
My Pet Luxury Boutique guarantees the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, referring to the Legislative Decree. 05/22/1999, n. 185 “Implementation of Directive 97/7/EC relating to consumer protection in relation to distance contracts” and subsequent amendments.
The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This right must be exercised by sending a written communication by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to My Pet Luxury Boutique , via Novara 3 - 28078 Romagnano Sesia (NO) Italy. The communication can be sent, within the same deadline, also by e-mail addressed to info@mypetluxuryboutique.com or by fax sent to no. +39 0163 1860001, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following forty-eight (48) hours.
The goods must be returned to My Pet Luxury Boutique , via Novara 3 - 28078 Romagnano Sesia (NO) Italy intact, in unaltered conditions, complete with the original packaging, at the customer's expense, no later than 15 days from notification of withdrawal. My Pet Luxury Boutique will re-credit the sums paid (including first shipping costs in the case of total withdrawal from the order) within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which My Pet Luxury Boutique became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer and in any case not before having received the return shipment and checked the status of the goods subject to withdrawal. The costs and risks associated with returning the products will be borne by the buyer.
You will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract which has as its object the supply of one or more of the following products:
1. Personalized items;
2. Items specially made to customer order;
3. Outlet or discounted items
It should be noted that community legislation provides that the right of withdrawal can only be exercised by natural persons (consumers) acting for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. The right of withdrawal, therefore, CANNOT be exercised by legal entities and natural persons acting for purposes related to a commercial activity. Purchases made by resellers or by individuals who in any capacity purchase for resale to third parties are also excluded from the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly. It is also specified that, in the case of prize operations (the so-called promotions), in which the purchase of a good is combined with another good that is sold at a negligible price or even given as a gift, the right of withdrawal will be legitimately exercised with the return of both goods which were the subject of the purchase, given the constraint of the accessory nature of the promoted good compared to the first.
